For the first time since Ukraine and the US agreed a ceasefire proposal, Vladimir Putin has reacted, saying he's "for this ceasefire," but with "reservations."  Gordon Sondland, who served as US Ambassador to the EU during Trump's first term, joins the show from DC for an insider view.
