It’s the very 31st BONUS episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! We felt bad about leaving you fine freaks without an episode last week, so we decided to double it up this week!! We talk about the new Shudder film “Blood Vessel” and all the gory, Nazi Vampire mayhem within it. We also talk about the darkly disturbing, and uncomfortably hilarious film “Creep” from 2014.
It’s the very 30th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! Please forgive our missed week last week, but we are back and might even have a surprise episode later this week! Anyways, this episode we discuss the recently released Tremors installment, “Tremors: Shrieker Island”, which *spoiler* if you’re not a die hard Tremors franchise fan, AVOID. We also discuss the batshit insane film from Brian Yuzna, “Society”. And, y’know what? No silly long description this week. This is a bonkers episode and you just need to go listen to it!!
It’s the very 29th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast and it’s our official Halloween episode!! This week we discuss the new possession movie “The Cleansing Hour” which you can stream on Shudder. Spoiler: It’s a must see for possession genre fans and we highly recommend it. We also discuss 2018’s slasher “Terrifier” and why Art the Clown deserves a seat on the high counsel of 80’s horror icons. This one’s pretty straight forward movie talk, but you do get a little peak into Melissa’s past experience with “House of 1000 Corpses”, Chuck’s probably not so popular opinion of the most recent “Halloween” movie, and both of your hosts discuss the science of fear (which is actually just Chuck bitching about some list he saw on the internet). Happy Halloween!!!

It’s the very 28th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! This week were joined by Sideshow Mike as we discuss the recently released anthology film “The Mortuary Collection” which you can stream on Shudder and which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do!! One of the best films of the year, in our humble opinions. We also discuss the 1991 Ernest film, “Ernest Scared Stupid”, and you can hear all about how much it scared the shit outta Chuck when he was 7. It’s a bit of a long one, but stick it out to hear us talk about milking trolls, Mike’s affinity for all things British, trains and medicine cabinets, Mike and Mel’s soulless explanation of a potential “my spouse is a vegetable” situation, and once again this podcast’s ongoing disdain for watching people eat.
“Devil Doll” (1936)
“Rocky Horror Picture Show” (1975)
“Hell Night” (1981)
“Scarecrows” (1988)
“Trick ‘r Treat” (2007)
“Dexter” (TV series)
It’s the very 27th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! This week, Chuck and Melissa review the what-the-fuck, train wreck of an anthology film from Glen Danzig, “Verotika”. We also continue our Halloween movie month with the classic 80’s film, “Night of the Demons”. Join your hosts as they discuss bad accents, little old lady voices, Chuck’s douchey high school days, Melissa’s questionable upbringing, and how down both of them would be to party on Halloween night in an abandoned funeral parlor. Festering fuckwads, this was a fun one!!
It’s the very 26th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! HAPPY OCTOBER EVERYONE!!! This week we discuss the newish, Korean zombie film “#Alive” and we kick off spooky season with the Halloween set, werewolf film from the year 2000, “Ginger Snaps”. Tune in to hear about Melissa’s high school experiences, how your hosts feel about female body hair, Chuck whine about getting older, and why Melissa thinks that Chuck’s apartment is most likely haunted. No bones? No bones.
It's the very 25th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! This week, we discuss the new film "Antebellum" which you can watch early access on Amazon Prime and other streaming services for 20$ (although we highly recommend NOT paying 20$ for it...). We also discuss the classic Romero film "The Crazies" which neither of us found to be anything special... sorry, George, we liked the remake more, but we still love you. While you all might find this to be a somewhat negative episode, we did have some great conversations and we hope you enjoy it!! Even in spite of Chuck's endless rantings...

It’s the very 24th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! On this week’s episode, Chuck and Melissa review the completely unnecessary sequel, yet very ok, horror comedy “The Babysitter: Killer Queen”. We also discuss 2010’s “Rubber” and trigger warning: if you enjoy that movie at all, you may not appreciate Chuck’s completely over the top reaction to it (he was not a fan, to say the very least...) Anyways, tune in to hear your hosts swoon over Scarjo, hear Chuck’s amusement of watching a deer’s entire body blown away by a small handgun, Melissa get creepy about some side character from “The Boys”, and both hosts fears of having their “streams” heard! It’s a fun one! COME GET IT!!!

It’s the very 23rd episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! This week we discuss the fantastic, albeit a tad unoriginal, recently released to VOD, Russian sci-fi/horror film “Sputnik”. We also talk about the classic 1960 French film “Eyes Without a Face”. Listen in to some rousing discussion about cannibalism, hear Melissa talk about little space boys, and learn about Chuck’s crippling fear of having a body part transplant. We were a little sleepy and goofy on this one, but we think you’ll find it quite enigmatic!!

It’s the very 22nd episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! We’re genuinely sorry for the completely unannounced week long break, but we’re back and assuming regular episodes as per regular! This week, we’re reviewing Jay Baruchel’s new Shudder exclusive slasher “Random Acts of Violence” and taking a deep dive into 2011’s slasher/home invasion flick “You're Next” directed by Adam Wingard. Listen in as we recount our muddy excursion to the “Mahoning Drive In” to see Bruce Campbell, our experiences with terrible family gatherings, and our undying love for Babs Crampton!
