It’s the very 78th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!! Sorry it’s a tad late. This week we’re talking about Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds”. And look. We acknowledge that the film is widely held by movie fans as a masterpiece, if not at least a really good movie, but we had some dissenting opinions. Be warned: Chuck goes particularly hard on this movie to the point where you might say he shits all over it. On top of his angry and offbeat hate rants towards this movie, this episode gets oddly sociopolitical with some comments on racism in the 60’s, sexual harassment in Hollywood, sexism, and animal rights. Don’t worry, though, the conversations stay pretty light, generally unintelligent, and pretty downright silly. Anyways, this is a long, wild episode and we hope you freaks enjoy it!!

It’s the very 76th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!! It’s our official Christmas episode!! You’d think we’d make it extra special and have it be, like, extra long, or maybe a double feature type episode, or maybe a guest or 2 but….NOPE. This turned out to be an extra short episode, though we did have a lot of fun and we hope you freaks dig it anyways. We’ll try to make it up to you in the New Year. This week we discuss the hilariously campy, killer snowman movie, “Jack Frost” from 1997 and all of the wtf moments contained therein. From terrible one liners to dodgy science explanations, this movie is so bad and goofy that we find it wildly entertaining. As I said, this episode was super short but super fun. Go get it!!

It’s the very 74th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!! Our second Christmas set movie of the month is the French extremity film from 2007 “Inside” (aka “À l'intérieur”)!! And, oh boy…extreme is definitely the word. This relentlessly gory bloodfest is as grizzly and stressful as it is beautiful and thoughtful, and comes highly recommended from both of your hosts. Though, be warned - we feel this is seasoned horror fan only territory, so watch at your own risk. A lot happened on this episode including a converstion about Sideshow Mike and Mel’s origins, Chuck trying way too hard to sound like he knows what he’s talking about, and the power goes out! It’s a good one, so go get it ya Freaks!!!

There’s so much to love and question about this film that it made this episode one of the most fun ones we’ve done to date. Come get it!!!
