Happy New Year everyone!  Today I wanted to share a quick message for the start of this New Year.  In this episode I talk about defining ourselves by more than just our mistakes, or a grade, or a bad comment.  We need to define ourselves by so much more than that.  Let's kick this New Year off right.  I love you all, stay safe out there and lets make this a great 2022.

Hey everyone, I'm sorry it's been so long since I last posted.  Today I was in class and just felt that I needed to record something and post it on here.  It's something that has been on my mind recently and has weighed me down, this idea of expectations.  I hope that this helps someone that needed to hear this.  I hope you all know that I love you so much. (Sorry for the different thumbnail, I switched computers and the other one is saved on my last desktop.  I am working to get it back.)

Hi everyone!  For this message of hope I talk about something that has been affecting me for a while now and give a voice of warning about holding onto things that others have done to hurt us.  I invite all of us to work on letting go of the past and working on loving ourselves.
