#65: Saphira is the founder and recipe mastermind behind Nowhere Bakery, a bakery business designed to bring sweet tooth lovers the same decadent taste without compromising health. Saphira is also a former model with a sweet tooth herself, who has also experienced gut related issues, and as a result, was never able to find desserts that her body could tolerate. A healthier dessert that could satisfy her sweet tooth was "nowhere" to be found, so she took it upon herself to learn how to make delicious treats without the unkind ingredients and slowly but surely, Nowhere Bakery was born.
