Fred Peacock is more or less synonymous with the development of the Tasmanian wine industry. His name is also synonymous with Bream Creek, a Tasmanian Winery renowned for crafting sensational cool climate wines. Fred is a self-confessed dirt man. Distinguishing himself from those who work in the cellar – Fred’s passions are vines, soil, and terroir.
