This past week, we held the presidential election in our country which lived up to its controversial and collectively draining expectation. We are also in a critical and discouraging place in this pandemic where the covid-19 infection and death rates are continuing to climb. We are also each experiencing our own personal challenges in the midst of all that is happening around us.
It is in this time especially that we need to focus our thoughts on our God who is above all and is the only One who can keep us in perfect peace. This episode will offer the opportunity to practice meditation, a powerful tool for calming our minds and spirits and living freed up and not fed up!
Halloween is just around the corner. But for many, living with various fears is extremely difficult and traumatic and often lasts well beyond one day in the year. We are living in unprecedented times that have compounded the fearful spaces we've been trying to manage over time. Today, we're talking all about fear; but most of all we're talking about how to courage-up to it and walk away filled with more faith. I don't have to tell you that this is one episode you shouldn't think about missing. So DON'T!
