  • The Art of Seeing Potential | Rick Jordan

Leadership isn't about being the one on stage. It's not about the spotlight or having people look at you all the time. Real leadership is about carrying the emotional weight of everyone around you. And bringing value to their lives because you genuinely want to see them light up. I've been drawn to leadership since I was 10 years old. Asked to teach Sunday school in sixth grade because I had something to say. Something that could help people. That's the right motivation. Not to be in charge. But to bring value. To see someone's potential shift because of the awareness you helped them gain. But here's what they don't tell you about leadership. You carry everyone else's emotions. The difficult people. The resistant ones. The emotionally distraught. The ones who don't have the same depth of awareness you have. And it's your job to show them the way out. Not shove them. Guide them. Today I'm breaking down three ways to lead difficult people that actually work. First way. Lead according to their dream. Not your vision. Their dream. Ask what they're looking for. Where they want to go. Then show them how supporting your vision gets them there. How being more engaged makes them more money. How being more accessible builds their network. Connect their dream to your vision. Leadership is about seeing people's potential. Helping them connect their dreams to your vision. And guiding them through their weaknesses. Not because you want to be the leader. But because you want to see their lives change for the better.

  • The Blueprint to Break Free | Rick Jordan

What’s shakin’? It’s Rick Jordan—and today we’re talking about something everybody needs but most people never get: clarity. I’m not talking about wishful thinking or endless journaling. I’m talking about making decisions that you’ve been avoiding—the ones that are keeping you stuck in a loop of frustration, confusion, and feeling like you’re just going through the motions. I’ve seen it too many times—and I’ve lived it. People get stuck, they stall out, and they convince themselves that now isn’t the right time. But here’s the truth: clarity doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from action. So in this episode, I’m giving you my exact playbook to gain clarity and break free.

  • Find Your Genius | Mike Zeller

I sat down with Mike Zeller, and this conversation blew my mind. This dude has generated over $100 million in revenue across 16 different endeavors. Fashion, real estate, automotive, marketing, coaching - you name it, he's crushed it. But here's what really got me fired up about Mike - he's spent 447 hours with Tony Robbins and has cracked the code on finding your genius within. Mike breaks down the real talk about relationships and how they either give you life or death. No middle ground. He walks through his system for identifying the top 10 people who could change your life if you spent more time with them. That's not Instagram coach bullshit - that's a real strategy that works. We dive deep into the three biggest saboteurs of your dreams: unhealed trauma, perfectionism, and procrastination. Mike calls perfectionism and procrastination "evil twin sisters" and shows you how to break free using the 80% approach. This isn't about playing small anymore. Mike introduces the concept of "small-itis" - the disease of playing small that keeps you stuck. He breaks down how your identity precedes your destiny and why most people are living as impostors to their highest self. This episode will challenge everything you think you know about success and force you to look at who you're becoming.

  • Choice Over Reaction | Rick Jordan

This episode hit me different. Sometimes you need to slow down and get real about what's holding you back. Three lessons that changed my perspective completely. First lesson hurts the most. Leave people where they are. Yeah I know that stings. You want everyone you care about to grow with you. To level up when you level up. But here's what I learned the hard way. Some people aren't ready. They're clinging to comfort. To familiarize. To easy. You can't make that choice for them. You'll waste your energy trying to drag people forward who don't want to move. Focus that energy on yourself. On the people who do want to grow. Second lesson is about accepting situations for what they are. Not giving up your power. Not saying "it is what it is" like some victim. But understanding what you can and can't control. You can't change other people. Period. But you can always change your situation. Always. You have that power. Third lesson will save your sanity. Not every action needs a reaction. You're like water hitting a rock. Yeah you still get wet. You still feel it. But you stay unshakable. Unmovable. Unbreakable. Because you choose your response. That's where your real power lives. In your choice to react or not react. These three lessons will change how you move through the world. How you protect your energy. How you focus on what actually matters.

  • The Light Switch Moment | Kim Becker

Kim Becker's story will absolutely blow you away. This woman has been through hell and back. Lost her husband to septic shock. Got diagnosed with cancer herself two years later. But here's what's incredible about Kim - she turned all that pain into something beautiful. Kim is the co-founder of Hello Gorgeous of Hope, a nonprofit that restores beauty that cancer steals. For 16 years, she's been helping women feel like themselves again during the fight of their lives. We're talking about everything from wigs and makeovers to literally showing up at someone's door with flowers and a red carpet. The reveal parties they throw? Pure magic. But this conversation goes way deeper than beauty tips. Kim breaks down what it really means to live one day at a time. How to be grateful when your world is falling apart. How to take the next step when you can't see past today. She talks about advocating for her husband for 20 years. Then having to face cancer alone as a single mom. The woman made her surgical team sing "Don't Stop Believing" before they put her under for cancer surgery. That's the kind of spirit we're talking about here. Kim doesn't just survive - she thrives. And she's helping thousands of other women do the same thing.

  • Stop Making Failure a Badge of Honor | Rick Jordan

You know what pisses me off? All these Instagram weirdos treating failure like some badge of honor. Like it's something to celebrate. That's bullshit. Here's the real deal. You're going to get hit. Hard. Right out of the gate. That first attempt at your dream. That first swing at something big. It's going to knock you flat on your ass. And that first hit? Always the hardest. But here's what nobody tells you. More tries equals more successes. Period. You want to know why you need those hits? Because if it's too easy it's not for you. We're meant to be challenged. You can't fulfill your potential without hardship. Without temporary defeats. Without getting back up and trying again. And here's the kicker. Even after you reach success you keep trying. You keep pushing higher. Because that's how you stay fulfilled. That's how you keep growing. Stop looking for easy. Easy doesn't fulfill you. Easy doesn't help other people. And we're here to help other people. That's why we exist on this planet.

  • From Garage to Public | Joe Cecala

This conversation with Joe Cecala will blow your mind. We're talking about the real barriers keeping brilliant entrepreneurs from accessing capital markets. Joe's not just some financial guy throwing around theory. He's a former US Army cavalry officer, civil rights lawyer, securities lawyer, AND CPA who's literally creating new stock exchanges. Most people think there's only NYSE and NASDAQ. That's it. But there's this massive gap between raising your first few hundred thousand and getting to Goldman Sachs knocking on your door. Joe spent 14 years and met with over 200 members of Congress to create legislation that passed unanimously multiple times. He's building Dream Exchange specifically for companies that traditional markets ignore. Joe breaks down the real process of going public. The costs. The timeline. The relationship-driven nature of everything. Plus he shares the three pieces of advice that every entrepreneur needs to hear. This isn't a theory. This is from someone who's done it twice and is changing how the entire system works.

  • The Helicopter Mindset | Rick Jordan

Feeling overwhelmed lately? You're not alone. Between everything happening in the world and the walls closing in on your personal life, it's easy to feel like you're trapped in a room with no doors. But here's what I know about feeling overwhelmed. It's not because life is too hard. It's because you're thinking too small. Most people make the same mistake when they feel overwhelmed. They start analyzing how they got into that situation. They beat themselves up. They think about what they could have done differently. That's the wrong path. That's small thinking. And small thinking keeps you stuck. I learned this lesson in Hawaii looking up at Diamond Head mountain. I saw people hiking up the hard way. Step by step. Rock by rock. Getting tired. Getting overwhelmed. Then I saw a helicopter fly by. That's when it hit me. There's always a bigger way to think about your problems. A faster way. A simpler way. Stop analyzing the past. Stop beating yourself up. Start thinking bigger. Start thinking faster. Start thinking simpler. Build your freaking helicopter and fly over those obstacles instead of climbing through them. That's how you go from overwhelmed to unstoppable.

  • 72 Hours to Trust a Stranger | Cammy Bowker

This episode hits different. My friend Cammy Bowker is back and she's bringing the heat about something every parent needs to hear. Cammy is CEO of Global Education Philanthropist and she's been boots on the ground fighting human trafficking for years. Not sitting behind a desk. Actually carrying rifles and wearing bulletproof vests to get kids out of hell. But here's what she's learned. Prevention beats rescue every single time. The rescue stories get the headlines. The prevention work saves lives. And it starts with having conversations that make you uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. She's not here to sugarcoat anything. This woman has seen the darkest places on earth and she's telling you exactly what needs to happen. Stop being scared to talk to your kids about sex. About pornography. About the reality of what they're seeing online every single day. Because if you're not having these conversations someone else is. And that someone else might not have your kid's best interests at heart. This isn't about living in fear. This is about being a responsible parent who refuses to stick their head in the sand. Your kids are seeing pornography. They're getting messages from strangers. They're navigating a digital world that didn't exist when we were growing up. The least we can do is help them understand what they're dealing with.

  • Getting Out of Hopelessness | Rick Jordan

Had to talk about this today because too many people are stuck. Sitting in sadness like it's permanent. Like there's nothing they can do about it. Listen up. There's a massive difference between sadness and grief. Grief is real. When you lose someone. When something's actually gone forever. You process that. You feel it. You honor it. That's necessary. But sadness. That's different. Sadness is a perceived lack of options. Key word. Perceived. You got knocked down. Job loss. Relationship ended. Business failed. Whatever it is. You're sitting there thinking there's nothing you can do. That's bullshit. You have options. You just can't see them right now. The moment you ask yourself "What can I do about this" everything changes. Not "woe is me what can I do." But actually. What are my options here. Stop playing victim to your circumstances. Start looking for your options. They're there. You just have to be willing to see them.
