Today Kim and I are talking about mindset! I know, I know, mindset is a hot topic, but we wanted to help you distinguish the differences between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. A fixed mindset is when you think you can’t increase to a certain level, while a growth mindset is when you believe you can increase in, say, intelligence, can grow with time. We think this topic is important because learning to create a growth mindset breeds growth mindset in others, and this is a huge skill to hone in on in your life and business.

In today’s episode you will learn…

    1. Train yourself to love failure
    2. Learn to love a challenge
    3. Add the word “yet” to the end of the sentences

Today, Kim and I are talking about a our takeaway from a story that Kim heard after a yoga class she took. The pretext around this story is that Kim didn’t have the best start to her day– running late, locked in the garage, finishing up a project from our old clinic– but this short story gave her a breath of relief. Two big questions that came up for us after hearing this were: What would this look like if it were peaceful? What is causing the dirt? Listen in as Kim and I share our top three ways to identify what is causing the dirt in your life, and how you can work on getting rid of it.

How to identity what is causing the dirt for you…

    1. Journaling
    2. Meditation
    3. Community
