Pumpkin Spice Yeti by Great Divide Brewing Company is rich and roasty with added layers of decadent sweetness. It’s brewed with seasonal spices and a unique selection of coffee from their friends at Pablo’s Coffee. The brewery started small and in the beginning Brian Dunn was the only full-time employee. As the brewery grew, the beer spoke for itself. Dunn’s beers are balanced, flavorful and representative of a lifestyle that is uniquely Colorado. While Great Divide’s ethos may be globally-inspired, their beers are distinctly Denver.

Haunted House by Allagash Brewing Company is cursed with Roasted Barley and Blackprinz malt that give it a gravely dark hue. Hopped with Crystal, Chinook, and Saaz hops, this beer ends with a ghost of coffee-flavored bitterness and a hauntingly complex malty palate.

In 1995, when Rob Tod opened Allagash Brewing Company, he wanted to start with one beer: a Belgian-style wheat beer called Allagash White. At first, beer drinkers didn’t know what to think of it, but they soon came back again and again. In 1998, Allagash White won its first Gold medal at the World Beer Cup. Now they brew an extensive lineup of beers for all to enjoy.

818 Brewing sharpened their attention to every slight detail on this Mexican style lager from the flaked maize, Vienna, Munich, and pilsner malt backbone to the lagered crispness that keeps you thirsty for more. After being introduced to new styles of beer that were much different than the commercial brands they were used to, the fellows at what would soon be called 818 Brewing decided to take a chance on the craft, and after receiving positive feedback over their own homemade brews began talks of opening up their own brewery. Given their Valley roots and the fact that their beer was brewed out of a garage in Sylmar, CA, they decided 818 Brewing was the perfect name for their new venture.

Meseeks Joose is a Double IPA with flavors of citrus, pineapple and stone fruit, accompanied by a hint of green dankness and a tiki punch finish. Los Angeles Ale Works, started by Kristofor “Kip” Barnes, launched its first beers into the marketplace following a successful Kickstarter fundraiser. It worked with Ohana Brewing Co., to test various beers and gather valuable feedback from customers. Later, in 2015, Barnes teamed up with Andrew Fowler to strengthen the business side of the organization, and the team successfully raised capital, secured a new home in Hawthorne, California and opened its brick and mortar brewery in 2017.

Timbo Pils by Highland Park Brewery is a West Coast Pilsner that uses more German influenced hops in the kettle which gives the beer a softer bitterness and a nice floral and earthy hop base. Mosaic and Citra is used for dry hopping to bring out the tropical west coast flavors of mango, riesling grapes, and passionfruit. Highland Park Brewery has a simple goal of making excellent beer in Los Angeles, CA. Their journey in beer focuses on good people, discovery, adventure, and, quite simply, fun. Their world of fresh hoppy beers, crisp lagers, bold stouts, and adventurous mixed culture fermentation is accompanied by unique processes, wacky microbes, and local ingredients among other things.
