Halloween or Christmas Movie?

Krampus, Celebrated and feared, Santa’s Shadow... 

How we learned about this Christmas beast while Roni* was visiting our cousin in Gaming, Austria. 

Who is he? What is he? A bit of Pagan Christmas influences, almost unrecognizable in modern Christian Christmas. 

Plus, the LOVE of 
Glühwein “Glow Wine”, Mulled Wine helping us Glow from within... ✨ 

In a Sauce pan (or Crockpot)
Pour a good amount of your fav Red Wine.
Dilute or thin a bit with water.
Add: 
Sliced Oranges (organic is best).
Whole Cloves (pierce into Orange Slices).
Vanilla Bean (sliced down center, scrap beans, add the beans and the sliced pod or a tsp of Vanilla Extract).
Nutmeg (shaved or dash of ground nutmeg).
Cinnamon Stick
Started Anise

Stir and let mull for a few hours or all day. 
Add extra Orange juice if you prefer a bit more sweet rather than using Sugar.
Of course you can add a TBS of Sugar to your liking.

Serve in Mug or Raw Sugar rimmed Clear Glass Mug. 

To Rim Glass: Take an Orange slice, slide down on rim of glass, circle rim with orange slice, the juice will act as a glue for raw sugar, dip rim in a plate of Raw Sugar.

Garnish: Orange Slice with Whole Cloves pierce into skin.
