From the Falklands to Belfast, Roger talks to us about what was going on from the inside. We hear first hand what it was like managing communications at the heart of global conflict and political tension and why he had to finish building his garden shed.

Roger shares remarkable stories from the front lines of history - offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at what it is like managing messaging during major global events, including a gaggle of 8,000 international journalists and also his interactions with the former Prince Andrew, now Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in the 1980s.

Finally, he shares his love of the Lancashire Regiment and recounts some fascinating tales, from stories and historical records kept at the Lancashire Infantry Museum.

In this episode, it was a privilege to speak to former British ice dancing champion, Louise Walden-Edwards. We spoke about her career on the ice, her commentating for Eurosport at the recent Winter Olympics, her new children's book all about inclusion and also her business VO:ICE Fitness and Wellbeing Academy. Louise shares how kindness and compassion are some of her important values so that everyone can shine in what they do

In this episode, I was invited to the Lancashire Infantry Museum to see their 80,000 strong collection, hear stories about The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment and learn more about the museum. I spoke with Colonel Mike Glover, the Chairman of the Lancashire Infantry Museum Trust and I have to say I will definitely be back to uncover and hear the stories of many more from the Regiment.
