Next, Dr. Correa speaks with Dr. Wilfreda Lindsey, a neurologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and an assistant professor in Neurology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Lindsey explains the meaning of autism spectrum disorders, available therapies, and how families can support their loved ones living with autism through childhood and the transition to adulthood.
