What happens when everything you've spent years learning can suddenly be accessed by anyone in five seconds? That's the reality AI is creating, and it's making a lot of very smart, talented people nervous. But here's what I want you to understand. AI isn't making you less valuable. It's changing what makes you valuable. And if your biggest selling point is how much you know, we need to have a conversation.
I want to challenge how you think about your value in sales, leadership, recruiting, and business. Because knowing the right answer and getting someone to act on it are two very different things. We'll look at why human judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to understand what really drives people are becoming your greatest assets. I'll also walk you through a simple exercise to uncover what makes you difficult to replace. You don't need to become an AI expert or chase every shiny new tool. You need to get damn good at the things that turn knowledge into meaningful action. Because information changes nothing until somebody does something with it.
Key Takeaways:
· How to become irreplaceable in the age of AI by developing skills that technology can't easily replicate.
· Why selling outcomes instead of information changes how you influence decisions and create value.
· How to uncover the emotions behind people's decisions so you can address what's really holding them back.
· Why critical thinking and human judgment are becoming essential leadership skills, especially when the right answer isn't obvious.
· How to identify your unique professional value and close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
About Rebecca:
In 2008, I blew up my life in spectacular fashion. I left a cult, got divorced, and for a time, lost even the few people I had leaned on. I thought greener grasses awaited me. I was wrong. Despite building a wildly successful digital marketing business, remarrying and growing my family to four kids, I felt nothing but dread each morning.
Then came what I now call Epiphany Town. It was that electric moment when I stopped defining my life by what happened to me and began building on purpose. That phase lit me up in a way I had never felt. Now I devote every ounce of my energy to guiding others through their own version of Epiphany Town. I help them find the barriers that are actually holding them back, finally let go of self-sabotaging stories, and leap into a life that is meaningful and deeply fulfilling.
I believe each of us has a story to tell, a gift to offer, and a life worth waking up for. Whether your goal is to impact one person or a million, I am here to help you see your place, claim your voice, and live your life on your terms.

Four people pissed me off this week. Four other people made me feel amazing. Guess which four my brain wanted to obsess over?
That’s negativity bias at work. We’re wired to pay more attention to threats, criticism, rejection, and things that hurt. The problem starts when one bad conversation doesn’t end when the conversation does. You carry it into your work, your sleep, your relationships, and the mountain you’re trying to climb. I know because I did exactly that this week.
I’m breaking down three ways to stop negativity from hijacking your focus. First, learn to separate a real signal from useless noise. Then, deliberately make the good stuff louder through gratitude and savoring. Finally, use my decide, park, act process to get the crap out of your head and get yourself moving again.
People will disappoint you. They’ll misunderstand you. They may even judge or reject you. You can feel all of that without handing them the power to knock you off your mountain.
You can teeter. You don’t have to fall.
Key Takeaways:
· Know what deserves your attention
Learn how to tell the difference between feedback that requires action and negativity that deserves no more of your energy.
· Stop giving negativity the loudest voice
Discover why one bad experience can overpower several good ones and how to rebalance where your attention goes.
· Use positive moments instead of dismissing them
Learn how savoring and gratitude can help you regain perspective without pretending the negative experience didn’t happen.
· Get repetitive thoughts out of your head
Use a simple process to stop replaying a conversation long after there’s anything useful left to learn from it.
· Keep climbing when other people shake you
Build a practical way to return your focus to the goal, project, relationship, or life you were pursuing before you got derailed.

I learned this lesson the painful way. I built a successful agency, became the person everyone needed, and eventually ran that business into the ground. I thought being indispensable made me a great leader. What I had really built was dependency.
If every decision, approval, problem, and question still lands on your desk, you don’t have a delegation problem. You may be the bottleneck. I’m breaking down how capable leaders accidentally train people to depend on them, then wonder why nobody takes ownership.
Real leadership means building people who can think, decide, and act without you standing beside them. That requires more than handing off tasks. You must transfer ownership, authority, clarity, and accountability. And yes, you must let people struggle a little.
The hardest part? Becoming willing to be unnecessary.
Your next stage of growth won’t come from doing more yourself. It comes from building a business that values your leadership without requiring your constant involvement. You built it around you. Now it’s time to build it beyond you.
Key Takeaways:
· How to spot the subtle signs that you’ve become the bottleneck
· Why giving people answers can quietly train them to depend on you
· What has to change before your team can truly take ownership
· Where perfectionism and the need to feel needed can limit growth
· A simple test that exposes exactly where your business still depends on you

There’s a big difference between generosity that builds your value and generosity that quietly tears it down.
I learned this lesson the hard way. When you give discounts, extras, or freebies because you’re afraid someone might say no, you’re not just lowering the price. You’re teaching people what they can expect from you. And trust me, once you start giving yourself away, people rarely stop asking.
I want you to think about goodwill differently. Picture a goodwill bank account. People make deposits through effort, trust, loyalty, referrals, or reciprocity. Then, when it makes sense, you can choose to make a withdrawal for them. The key word is choose.
I’ll show you why goodwill needs clear limits, a budget, and criteria. I’ll also explain why your ability to say no makes your yes far more valuable.
This applies far beyond business. It shows up in your career, your relationships, your parenting, and every place where you’re tempted to overextend yourself.
Your job isn’t to stop being generous. It’s to stop discounting yourself.
Key Takeaways:
· Recognize when generosity is coming from confidence versus fear.
· Create boundaries that let you give without draining yourself.
· Know when an extra effort strengthens a relationship instead of weakening it.
· Protect the value of your time, money, energy, and expertise.
· Build the confidence to say no without defending or explaining yourself.

Some lessons are worth hearing again, especially when the patterns holding us back are the ones we can’t see. I’m bringing this conversation back as an encore because your blind spots don’t always disappear once you’ve spotted them. They can show up in new forms, at new levels, and right when you think you’ve finally figured your shit out.
There’s a ceiling most high performers never see… and I’ll tell you right now, it’s not about skill, strategy, or motivation. It’s about the stories you’re telling yourself that feel so true you don’t even question them. I’ve lived this. I’ve held onto things, justified them, and watched them quietly shape my results without realizing it. The uncomfortable truth is that the smarter you are, the better you get at hiding your own blind spots.
In this conversation, I walk you through how these invisible patterns form, why your brain protects them, and how they quietly keep you stuck at the same level. We talk about the “invisible ceiling” that shows up when you’re working harder but not getting better results, and why effort, information, and willpower won’t fix it. If you’ve ever said “that’s just who I am,” this is your wake-up call. You don’t have a motivation problem. You have a visibility problem. And once you see the pattern, everything can change.
Key Takeaways:
· How to recognize when working harder is hiding the real reason you feel stuck.
· What your most convincing explanations may reveal about your hidden patterns.
· Why high performers can be especially good at missing their own blind spots.
· The clues that can help you spot an invisible ceiling before pushing even harder.
· How a fresh perspective can expose something you may never uncover alone.

You know the thing you should be doing. You’ve probably known for days, maybe weeks. But knowing doesn’t mean your butt is actually going to get out of the chair and do it.
I’ve learned that trying to force myself through work I hate rarely works. My brain is way too good at finding something else to do. Suddenly laundry looks fascinating, snacks become urgent, and another walk seems completely reasonable. So instead of fighting my brain, I work with it.
I’m sharing three tricks I use to get myself moving when I don’t feel like doing the work. We’ll look at using time away to create natural urgency, changing your surroundings when your usual space invites distraction, and separating planning from action so you stop burning energy deciding what comes next.
You don’t need more guilt or another speech about discipline. You need a setup that makes action easier. Pick the strategy that fits how your brain works, try it, and get the damn thing done.
Key Takeaways:
· Learn why motivation isn’t always the best place to start when you need to take action.
·Recognize how your brain can turn perfectly reasonable excuses into permission to procrastinate.
· Discover ways to design your surroundings so focus requires less willpower.
· Learn how reducing small daily decisions can preserve energy for the work that matters.
· Build a simple system that separates thinking from doing so bigger projects keep moving forward.

Most coaches don't struggle with what they know. They struggle with what they'll charge for it. I break down the three emotional barriers that keep skilled coaches, consultants, and educators underpaid. We look at how imposter syndrome makes you question your expertise, why getting paid creates a whole new level of pressure, and what happens when you take responsibility for clients who won’t do the work. I also share how to price your coaching around the results you can help create without making promises you can’t control.
Your business may not need another certification, strategy, or funnel. It may need you to stop letting fear set your prices, choose your clients, and decide how visible you’re willing to become. The barrier is internal, but that also means you have the power to remove it.

What if the thing holding you back isn't a lack of time, talent, or opportunity, but the belief that you have to choose?
I sat down with Rebecca Powers to talk about what she calls the Power of And. It all started with a surprising confrontation at work over a side project creating yoga-inspired t-shirts. What looked like a small moment became a life-changing lesson. Rebecca realized she didn't have to choose between being a successful sales leader and a creative entrepreneur. She could be both.
Our conversation explores how that simple shift unlocked some of the best years of her life. We talk about holding seemingly opposite emotions at the same time, giving yourself permission to pursue more than one passion, and why forcing yourself into someone else's formula can pull you further away from who you really are. Rebecca also shares the heartbreaking loss of her brother during the launch of her book, Return to Radiance, and how embracing both grief and joy helped her move through one of the hardest seasons of her life. If you've ever felt trapped between two choices, this conversation offers a different path. One built on expansion, acceptance, and the courage to stop shrinking yourself.

Ever feel like you're crushing it on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside? I know that feeling well, and so does my guest, Rebecca Lazzelle.
Rebecca Lazzelle shares her journey from Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and senior corporate leader to energy healing practitioner, author, and retreat host. What started as a search for relief from chronic pain became a much deeper exploration of emotional healing, self-worth, and the hidden cost of always holding it together. After surviving a traumatic relationship, a domestic violence incident, PTSD, panic attacks, and the loss of nearly every external marker of success, she found herself facing a hard truth: achievement alone wasn't enough.
We talk about the difference between striving and becoming, why high performers often hide their pain the best, and how healing rarely comes from one dramatic breakthrough. Instead, it comes from small choices made consistently over time. Rebecca shares how mindfulness, energy work, therapy, EMDR, writing, and self-compassion helped her rebuild her life from the inside out.
If you've been carrying more than anyone knows, this conversation is a reminder that you don't have to keep holding it all together. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is let go.
Key Takeaways:
About Guest:
For most of my life, I was highly functional. I built a successful career in leadership and transformation work. I could manage complexity, guide teams through change, keep moving, and multitask, even when things were hard.
Even before my personal life unraveled, I was drawn to efficient, body-based healing methods. The Emotion Code and Body Code appealed to me for the same reason process improvement always had: they work directly with root causes, not endless analysis.
Then my personal life collapsed.
I experienced domestic-violence-related betrayal trauma that didn't just break my heart. It broke my sense of safety, identity, and trust in myself. I understood what had happened cognitively. I went to therapy. I did "the work." And still, my body stayed on high alert. The anxiety, the tension, the looping patterns, the panic attacks, they didn't resolve.
That's when the difference became undeniable.
Insight helped me understand the story, but it didn't settle my nervous system. The somatic and energy-based work I had already respected became essential, along with other tools I discovered along the way. It supported what cognition alone could not: restoring safety in the body. Over time, my nervous system softened, physical tension eased, and old patterns lost their grip. I didn't become a new person, I returned to myself.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of lived experience and embodied energy healing. I help people whose lives look fine on the outside but feel unsafe on the inside reconnect with their bodies, rebuild self-trust, and release patterns that didn't start with them through committed energy-healing work and intimate wellbeing retreats.
Healing isn't just about letting go of physical discomfort; it's about remembering who we truly are beneath the weight of trapped emotions and trauma. I believe each of us deserves to feel light, connected, and alive; to be our true selves. My work is devoted to helping people rediscover and feel that freedom

What happens when your entire life gets packed into a duffel bag and sent across an ocean at 17 years old?
In this conversation, I sit down with Billy Ekofo, Vice President of Global Growth and Member Success at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, to explore a story that starts with political upheaval in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and unfolds into a powerful lesson about human connection, trust, and service. Billy shares how being evacuated from his home, learning English from scratch, and navigating life in a new country taught him the value of accepting help from others. We talk about compassion, mentorship, leadership, and why the people who believe in us often change the course of our lives. This conversation is a reminder that success is rarely a solo journey. The breakthroughs that shape us often come through the kindness, courage, and belief of other people.
Key Takeaways:
· Why accepting help is often the fastest path through life's biggest barriers.
· How challenging your assumptions can completely change the way you see people and opportunities.
· What great leaders do differently when they genuinely care about the people they serve.
· How small moments of intentional connection can create lifelong impact.
· Why the future belongs to people who use technology to strengthen human relationships, not replace them.
