Give yourself the permission to Fail. Stop viewing failure as a bad/negative thing. Your failures become your success. Without failure there is no success. Too often we don't take leaps of opportunities because we fear failing. But that's part of the process. It's messy but you learn so much and those failures contribute to your big success in the end!
