In 2023, Michael and Taylor engaged with the leadership at GO, leading Michael to become the Executive Director at Go On The Mission, focusing on aiding impoverished children and breaking the cycle of poverty.

Michael shares his journey of integrating faith into his sales career, overcoming burnout after 18 years in ministry, and finding success in corporate work, writing, and coaching.
