Question: I’m supposed to observe my thoughts with curiosity. However, as soon as I try to do that, the thought just withers away. Is that normal? The moment I try to observe the thought, I become conscious that I’m trying to observe the thought. Then I can no longer observe the thought. Because it goes away. Are there ways to keep my thoughts around while I’m observing them and appreciating them? Thank you!
