Documentary filmmaker Katrina Parks brings a two-part miniseries to Legends of the Old West in honor of Women’s History Month. In episode one, Katrina traces the history of the Harvey Girls, who helped revolutionize the restaurant industry, from the Old West through World War II. She also covers stories of women who worked at the Navajo Ordnance Depot in the American Southwest.
