In our desire to serve coaches at all levels of football, we have Matt Bowden on episode five. Matt is the longtime HC at Berry Middle School in Hoover, Alabama.

We talk about how his high school and college coaches impacted his life and how he uses football to help develop the players at Berry.

We also discuss how he approaches coaching 12, 13, and 14-year-olds and the joy he gets from watching his former players play on Friday nights once they get to high school.

Because it is football and we are coaches, we talk about how he teaches his players to run the Power and how he coaches pass protection.
