IN TODAY'S FUEL....
POINT #1: Morning Walk Observances
While watching gardening with a hoe, there are a lot of work ethics that come from manual labor.
It requires single-task working in order to avoid being half-assed at whatever we do.
POINT #2: What Is True?
When we first encounter a situation or person, we need to realize that we know nothing about the story.
Yet we make an assessment and judgment on what we think is true.
POINT #3: Pretending That We Know
Just because we think something doesn't make it true.
As taught in Byron Katie's Loving What Is, we discover the truth when we continually ask, "Is it true?"
QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) have you begun to tell the story that you believe to be true, but it's not once you actually question it?
CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Once you have located that area, write down the answer to "Is it true?" How do you show up? How do you feel and how to you operate when you believe that statement to be true?
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"The thing I'm looking for day to day is the story about what's going to help ME experience my life at a higher level. Is it true? Inquiry is the gateway to your transformation. Question the validity of the statements in your mind and you'll be able to discern the truth from the lie."
