CrossFit Open gives you a specific workout for the week worldwide completed competitively.
When we get pushed in a competitive way, we are able to do more than we think we can do.
POINT #2: 2 Different Kinds of Pushing
There's pushing from those that you don't give a shit about and push you even though you didn't ask.
Asking for someone to push us gives us the drive that we need.
POINT #3: Permission to Push
If we don't give someone permission to push us to become better, we won't get the same results.
The game doesn't matter if we don't get pushed when we want to get pushed.
QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) are you not asking people to push you? Where do you need someone to push you?
CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Go all in in that area and hire a coach, giving them permission to push you to get the results you desire.
