IN TODAY'S FUEL....
POINT #1: Average Behavior
When you have an expectation of elite, then those around you are required to exhibit the same behavior.
One of my team members left things half-assed, which required a reprimand.
POINT #2: Course Correcting
We need to be reprimanded and course corrected by others to avoid acting half-assed.
Pay for the right to get your ass kicked.
POINT #3: Don't Be Last Minute
Make sure you don't put off things until the last minute if you expect to remain elite.
You can't expect the world to expect more if you don't expect more from yourself first.
QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Where in your Core 4 (body, being, balance and business) do you need to be reprimanded because you've been playing half-assed instead of going all in?
CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Reprimand YOURSELF and then do something about it.
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"I know that reprimand brings revolution inside of my life. To be mediocre is to surround myself by people who don't hold me to a higher standard, and challenge me to be more, and that includes the way I view myself as well. You can't expect the world to expect more from you if you don't expect a lot out of yourself first."
