In today's episode, Garrett completed the first day of a 4 day event for his hair extension business that he co-owns with his wife, Danielle with training other stylists on the technique known as Natural Beaded Rows (NBR). He left 12 hour training for the day tired but fulfilled because the exhaustion that was felt was for something that he could see mattered to those in attendance.
