In today's episode Garrett made the realization that even if he may not agree with another person's decision that they make in their life, like getting permanent tattoos with buddies while drunk after a successful Big Money Stylist even for his wife's hair salon that he co-owns, he also doesn't judge them for making their choices. He learned that by allowing others to make their own decisions so that they can then also take ownership of said decisions, it makes our lives much less complicated as well.
