In today's episode Garrett was exposed to a whole new appreciation for the confidence that it takes to walk around butt-ass naked and be totally OK with it. No, he didn't become a nudist, but he DID surf a break along a nudist beach. From slathering up on sunscreen to protect one's nether regions to having a normal, comfortable conversation while standing around naked and owning yourself in complete authenticity, Garrett learned that until we are willing to expose ourselves with complete honesty, we will never truly have unwavering confidence.
