There is no magic pill or easy button to becoming elite at something, but lots of hours and hard work. That's it! It's really that simple! That's the topic in today's podcast in which Garrett states no big victory just suddenly comes from nowhere. It requires a series of hundreds of little wins that all build upon each others. Line upon life, little by little, Garrett got better by working his ass off doing whatever he embarks on every day, whether it's public speaking, surfing, or his marriage.
