Garrett was messaging recently with a client that was extremely stressed out and asked what it was he was doing to relax. The conversation of float tanks came up and the client stated that it didn't work, also admitting that he had only gone once and didn't have any desire to go back again because he didn't get the results he was wanting. The thing with making a significant shift to create change is that is also requires time and repetition. It took us a long time to fuck shit up in our lives, and it's going to require a long time to correct it.
