Garrett has been working on his daily Core 4 for over a decade, and one of the most powerful aspects of it for him is having the ability to control his own mind through meditation. He's able to transcend to having a focus on the present so that he can create a life that he wants with complete ownership, taking full responsibility for owning his own mind and ways of doing things.
