Bush as Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans, Environment and Science, McMurray worked on Capitol Hill as a top Senate legislative counsel before joining the Bush administration. She discusses the legislative process, coming together for compromise and also the Arctic, which she helped develop the policy strategy on!
