Jim Tolbert, former Conservative Caucus Director at CCL, is now leading his own group called co2mmit. Tolbert is our first, three-time guest on the EcoRight Speaks and he joins host Chelsea Henderson to talk about his new venture co2mmit, where he's calling on individuals to make a personal choice to lower their own greenhouse gas emissions. 

Tolbert is convinced individual people are the solution to climate change, which is why people need to accept responsibility to reduce their own emissions and in turn elected officials will respond with appropriate legislation to support those choices.
