This week we're taking a 'trip' to Florida and learning about climate change's impact on the shellfish industry. Great Florida Shellfish Company president Tom McCrudden joins host Chelsea Henderson to take a deeper look at the economic impact that climate and the environment are having in Florida and around the country. 

McCrudden explains how his company farms and harvests shellfish to produce annual seed for the industry, how sensitive and delicate climate change is on shellfish, the benefits of seagrass restoration helping to keep Florida waters clean and the shellfish thriving and also touching on other research projects and agricultural innovations he's involved with.
