Bill Chapman is a long-time and active member of our republicEn.org community and the EcoRight at large. A retired engineer, Chapman believes in the power of speaking to people about climate change, specifically, technology and engineering-based solutions that are possible. 

Chapman convenes monthly dinners for those who live in New York City and want to engage on climate science and energy engineering. And he is the founder of Conservative Climate Activists!
