This week’s ep features some excellent vocal stylings specifically the dark song Christmas shoes. And ya know... they go into the concept of Imposter Syndrome - are we all imposters? This week, the gals pick apart something that probably totally deserves it - SHAME. They talk the relationship between shame and anxiety, the function of shame, how it can be a time machine that takes them back to painful moments, how it manifests in their bodies plus body hair, bodies in general, shame around sexuality and how children deal with shame and our idols of shamelessness.
