While the words don’t sound so threatening, believe me, they are.
If you’ve listened to my other podcasts or are a member of my Gals with No Diet Facebook group then you already know that my big wish for you is to diet ditch. This adds the feel-good, to improve your life and also to empower you to reach your goals.
But, today I’m talking about how diet ditching could also save your life.
Diets are the gateway to far more serious illnesses like bulimia and anorexia. For that reason, it makes perfect sense not to ever diet or diet ditch now.
So, listen in.
When you set a goal to make an important transition or transformation in your life, you may think, hey, I should share it with someone to be more accountable. Sometimes that's a great idea but it can backfire and I'll tell you how. In this podcast, I'll help set you up for success by safeguarding your goals so you can not only reach them but move on to tackle even more goals because you’re feeling more powerful and capable of accomplishing what you set out to do. Sometimes it can be as simple as sharing or not sharing.
I’ve heard a lot of ‘I can't wait till we get back to normal. Oh my gosh, when we get back to normal…’
Take a moment to be really honest with yourself. Picture your pre-pandemic life - your ‘normal’. Was it all that great? Were you where you wanted to be and were you doing what you wanted to do with your life or at least moving toward what you wanted?
I’m going to share some possible pandemic pivots to go from stuck, lost, and unfocussed to beginning to target, narrow in on what you need most right now, and take action to feel good mentally and physically.
