There's a lot of reasons for panic right now. Seattle is currently 1-2, looking up at San Francisco (2-1), Arizona (3-0), and Los Angeles (3-0) in the NFC West. Worse? They play the 49ers and Rams over the next two weeks. And the cherry on top of all of it? Russell Wilson can't erase all the longstanding problems anymore.

Paul got into another internet war with his least favorite people in the world - Tennessee Titans fans - after the Titans gave Houston the middle finger. Again.

1:12 - There's always going to be hurt feelings when a team skips town. But doesn't a team's history belong to the city they played in? Paul took a look back at the history of this across football and basketball.
