There were lots of reasons to be disappointed in the Seahawks 33-30 OT loss to the Titans Sunday. But the biggest problem? It sure feels like a lot of the team's same problems still exist.

There's plenty of time left for these things to change by the end of the season. But I thought I was watching Seattle's good, bad, and the ugly from 2020 on Sunday.
