It’s Series 2, Episode 7 of the Running Loose podcast and the ladies find themselves nestled inside the famous Ascot Racecourse for this edition, which has just hosted the King George racing weekend.

Francesca was there presenting for ITV Racing and Vanessa on hosting duties inside the Howden box.

After our mini-break, the women are on great form - with Francesca fresh after her family holiday in Tuscany, Italy and Vanessa full of beans after completing her first riding out session on her horse, Big Al. She also gives us the lowdown on her visit to Killarney in Ireland.
