This is the second segment of my interview with Coach Mike of Human Performance Associates here in Orlando Back in 2013. If you are an athlete looking to understand the mind of a strength coach (which is close to impossible lol) or a parent of a student-athlete who wants the inside scoop on how strength coaches training philosophy and how it's created.
In this part of the interview, we discussed what Coach mike enjoys about being a coach in the strength and conditioning industry, knowing your skillset and how to stay within that skill set.
We spoke about Making training fun but specific to what the athlete needs in order to compete at a high level, his childhood, and the start of his coaching career. Leave any question in the comment section and don't forget to subscribe to the GAMEREADY Podcast! I hope you enjoy the show!
This is an episode where talk about my transition into the health and performance field from professional football and my previous company. I may have dropped some adult language while I was recording so I apologize in advance lol.
This is just a brief introduction about the GAME READY podcast and the host Coach E. Allen.
