We are ready to re-define ourselves. There are no limitations to what we achieve with a
balanced mind-set. We define our goals with inspiration and knowledge that anything
and everything is possible. We open our minds to realising the dreams of how we want
to transform ourselves; who we want to be and what we want to achieve.
Goal: You will witness how a quiet mind will connect you to your deeper self and
allow you to witness synchronicity.
Epiphany: I am grateful for the beauty and inspiration in my life.
Affirmation: It is the silence within me that holds my truth as well as all the answers.
I allow myself to take pleasure in the unknown with trust and abandon.

Having become self-accountable prepares the way to accepting that we own the
responsibility – “the ability to respond appropriately” - in our interactions with others in a
judgement-free way. How people respond to us depends on how we communicate. We
improve any communication if we focus on the role we play and this freedom allows us to
improve our relationships and interact more peacefully with anyone.
Goal: You see that everyone has different ways of communicating and you become
assertive in managing it.
Epiphany: I am mastering the art of diplomacy and peaceful interactions.
Affirmation: I will not judge others and will only interact with the highest good of
each person that I may encounter.

is good intention motivating their behaviour.

Becoming more aware of the past patterns of the limitations of our own ideas and
thought processes we quickly realise that we are self-accountable: We have the power to
choose our thoughts. We analyse what behaviours we would like to improve upon. We
discard pre-conceived notions of others or even ourselves and we celebrate our
strengths. We are embracing our mistakes with relief, and enjoying who we really are.
We’ll learn to be comfortable with what we don’t know and happily strive to learn more.
Goal: You will look at what your values are and whether you are practicing them

Having begun to self-reflect, we become more aware and able to define our ideas and
thought processes. While re-evaluating our deeper assumptions, we may acknowledge
that we don’t control anything around us. What we are able to control is ourselves. Selfchange becomes the key to uncover anything.
Goal: You can change the outcome of any situation with the power of your thoughts.
Epiphany: I feel at peace. I didn’t know I wasn’t until I was.
Affirmation: I trust myself and know I am able to succeed at whatever I put my heart
and mind to
