    Welcome, fellow Conspirators!!

Whether it was lifting one's jaw off the floor seeing Maria Bartiromo trying to excuse Trump unconstitutionally attacking Iran, holding Iranian assets, and claiming Iran is pursuing nuke weapons, or it was the chance to look into the upbeat history of western gold miners working out property rights claims without statism, studying the AIPAC attack on Massie, or it was looking into Trump's unscrupulous stock trades, we had a blast night digging into the news. NOW… Let’s Return to the STOCKS - Trump’s 2026 Disclosures Show 3,700 Stock Trades Worth Up to $750 Million

The disclosures, filed late with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics and made public last week, detail buys and sells in companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, and Palantir, totaling $220 million to $750 million. Unlike past presidents who used blind trusts or passive investments, Trump’s assets remain in a revocable family trust managed by third-party institutions, drawing a $200 fine for missed deadlines. Critics including Sen. Elizabeth Warren point to suspicious timings around government approvals and deals, calling it self-dealing, while the White House insists it’s fully compliant with ethics rules and fully disclosed.

    LEBANON

What does Mr. Huckabee have to say? Zip.

    CUBA

This, from Natali Morris, of Redacted, is spot-on:

’The White House recently offered Havana a $100 million “humanitarian aid” package designed to stabilize Cuba’s economy, which has been hit by U.S. sanctions. This is on the condition that Cuba agrees to “meaningful reforms,” opens its economy to foreign investment, and loosens state control, among other things.

Does this strategy sound familiar? Create the crisis, then offer the solution with strings attached. It’s obvious, and it’s right there in our history books.

The U.S. also offered to expand Cuba’s internet access through SpaceX’s Starlink system. This isn’t the generous fix they make it out to be, though. Why? Because the U.S. blocks Cuba from accessing nearby fiber-optic infrastructure. A better solution would be removing the restrictions blocking access in the first place. This is why the Starlink offer is viewed more as an influence, surveillance, and control tactic.

The package is presented as a solution to the country’s growing fuel shortages, blackouts, and humanitarian struggles. Minister of Foreign Affairs for Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, had a reasonable response to this:

“The best aid that the US government could provide to the noble Cuban people at this or any time is to de-escalate the measures of the energy, economic, commercial, and financial blockade, intensified as never before in recent months.”

He’s referring to recent restrictions, as well as Washington’s January blockade on oil shipments to Cuba, on top of more than 60 years of U.S. strangulation, stemming from the longest-running trade embargo in history.

Even the United Nations condemned the U.S. sanctions, arguing that they are illegal and harm civilians by restricting access to food, electricity, healthcare, and basic development.

What has Washington’s blockade and sanctions left Cuba with?

“We have absolutely no fuel oil, absolutely no diesel,” Vicente de la O Levy, Cuba’s minister of energy and mines, said last week. The minister added that the national grid was in a “critical” state and the government has “no reserves.” Others report that water is available for only one hour a day, sometimes even less.

And this is when the United States swooped in with its rescue plan.

Why is the U.S. aggressively forcing Cuba’s hand by harming its citizens? Could it be that Trump needs a win to compensate for the Iran war? After all, he publicly declared: “I do believe I’ll [have] the honor of taking Cuba. That’d be good. That’s a big honor.” He went on to say, “Whether I free it, take it, [I] think I can do anything I want with it.”

Maybe it’s about countering China, since Cuba and Beijing are close trade partners, and China has spoken out in Cuba’s defense. Or perhaps this is part of the regime change effort that Secretary of State Marco Rubio has pushed for, starting with making sure ex-Cuban leader Raúl Castro is out of the way.

No matter what the motive may be, the people suffering most from this are everyday Cuban citizens trapped in the middle of a geopolitical power play.

    TRUMP v MASSIE

Trump just released a last-minute video for Gallstone and against Massie

Well, at least some folks are waking up, but some still seem groggy, not seeing that they were off-base by not understanding A. the literal wording of the US Constitution, and B. the fact that all statism forces people to pay for it, act as the state dictates, and more.

    Some of Massie’s votes.

Hegseth, a clear war criminal, claims that “at some point” a man cannot stand against everything, because that stands against progress. Yet everything Massie stands against is in opposition to the US Constitution, so he is the one protecting the document.

Recall Ron Paul, known as “DOCTOR NO!”

    MORE

Returning to Gallstone… when he says “American values”, does he imply things like the US Constitution? The thing he broke when in the military, which Trump tramples now? The thing to which Massie closely adheres in most regards?

    More

And some salient thoughts from Daniel McAdams and Ron Paul LINK

THE US AND WORLD ECONOMY - SINGULAR

US debt facilitation will grow more expensive

    More

    PRIVACY - DIGITAL CURRENCY

Two major items are at play in the Senate.

    First, the CLARITY ACT… H.R. 3633 LINK.

On May 14, the Republican-led U.S. Senate Banking Committee advanced it in a 15-9 bipartisan vote. All 13 Republicans were joined by two Democrats — Sens. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) and Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD). The bill now moves to the full Senate. This is the most underhanded and usurping federal cryptocurrency/digital asset market-structure legislation to date. It creates federal mandates for the entire sector, which has operated in a regulatory gray area for years.

    Key provisions include:

    • Divides oversight: The SEC regulates digital assets that look like securities/investments; the CFTC oversees “digital commodities” (like Bitcoin and other decentralized tokens that pass a “mature blockchain” test.

    • Stablecoin rules (building on the earlier GENIUS Act, which is already law): Bans certain yield/rewards on idle stablecoin balances that resemble bank deposits, while allowing them for transaction-based uses, making the stablecoin model virtually impossible to hold for long periods of time and spurring resale and/or investment in US treasuries — this, itself, will be inflationary by multiplying assumed “assets” off which banks will loan, which, in turn, will be called “assets” for “backing” additional loans.

    • Includes government-created “safe harbors for decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody wallets, and clearer disclosure requirements.” - Sucking in suckers to use government-run “safe-harbors”

    • Anti-CBDC language: Contains provisions restricting central bank digital currency (CBDC) use for monetary policy or direct consumer offerings (sometimes referenced as the “Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act” in the short title).

    • Consumer safeguards & enforcement: Stronger anti-money laundering tools, reporting requirements, and measures to combat illicit finance.

The bill was led by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott (R-SC) after nearly a year of “negotiations”. It passed the House last year and is now a top priority for the crypto industry (and has support from President Trump, who has pledged to sign it). This is the only major digital-currency/crypto bill that has just cleared a Senate committee in the past week. (For reference, the earlier GENIUS Act focused narrowly on stablecoins and became law in 2025,) You can follow it on Congress.gov (search H.R. 3633) or the Senate Banking Committee site. It still needs full Senate passage (likely requiring 60 votes to overcome a filibuster) and House concurrence on any changes before going to the president.

SECOND The GUARD Act (S. 3062, Guidelines for User Age-verification and Responsible Dialogue Act of 2025), an AI-focused measure aimed at protecting minors from harmful interactions with AI chatbots and “companions.”

On April 30, 2026, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved it in a bipartisan vote. It is now pending consideration by the full Senate.

    Key provisions of the bill

    • Age verification requirements — AI chatbot operators must implement systems to verify user age and restrict access or features for minors.

    • Ban on AI companions for minors — Prohibits AI “companions” (chatbots designed for emotional/romantic interaction) for users under 18.

    • Content safeguards — Prevents chatbots from providing sexually explicit content, encouraging self-harm, violence, or other harmful material to younger users.

    • Transparency rules — Requires chatbots to clearly disclose that they are not human and lack professional credentials (e.g., not therapists or doctors).

    • Penalties — Includes enforcement mechanisms and potential criminal penalties for violations involving minors.

The bill was co-sponsored by Sens. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), with strong bipartisan support in committee. Since, of course, the First Amendment prohibits Congress from abridging the right of free speech, and since AI is a programming product, which is a form of speech interacting with electricity, interacting with other people, this act clearly violates the First Amendment.

  • Your Sunday News Assembly, for 5-17-26
    Welcome, fellow Conspirators!

As we roll into the fifty-ninth week of May — or is that according to government numbers? — we see the breaking news of a MASSIVE EXPLOSION at a Tomer Corporation facility, in the middle of the night, about 35 km west of Jerusalem, in Israel. Tomer is a state-owned facility producing rocket engines for missiles like the Arrow system, near the Sdot Micha airbase long associated with Israel’s strategic missile capabilities. This is an explosion that the “authorities” claim was a planned, controlled blast, which, of course, is a highly dubious claim. Not only do (even bloodthirsty maniac) regimes typically NOT detonate explosions that can destroy acres of land/buildings/people, the government itself claimed that “emergency crews were on the way.” If this was a planned explosion, they would not need to call on such crews AFTER the blast.

Some speculate that it was Iran trying to stop some kind of massive Israeli non-nuke bomb. But the US already has massive bombs it can drop and Iran (to put it anthropomorphically) has shown great wisdom in not initiating the aggression, but only in retaliating after being attacked. Could this have been sabotage? An error at the weapons plant? And is Trump ever going to stop acting like a child with the power to blow people up? He’s like a living Twilight Zone character.

    THE OTHER “BIG” BREAKING STORY

Kier Starmer appears to be closer to fulfilling what many of us predicted — departing from the PM slot before July. Some reports (e.g., from the Daily Mail citing anonymous senior sources) claim Starmer has privately acknowledged the situation as unsustainable and may be planning an orderly departure, but No. 10 Downing Street has not confirmed this, and he continues to make public appearances carrying out his duties (such as a recent visit to a police station). THE BELOW IS NOT FULLY CONFIRMED AS OF THE EVE OF 5-16.

IN GOD “WE” TRUST, MIXED WITH THE DIKTATS OF STATISM?

Here is another excellent example of Christians who get involved with politics while not appreciating the undeniable fact that the state is incompatible with Christianity. The idea of forcing people to pay for a building, and the agents who might work in it, regardless of the inscription on the wall, is repugnant to the word of Christ. TO ADD GOD’S NAME TO THE BUILDING MADE FROM TAX MONEY ON THE BACKS OF THE ABUSED IS DOUBLY PROBLEMATIC, AND THEN TO CLAIM IT IS “WE” is an assumption one cannot make. Headline: “Christian congresswoman introduces bill to mandate 'In God We Trust' on federal buildings” LINK

"But," ask thoughtless statists, "who would run the roads?" - Headline: “'Like we were bags of trash': Georgia police left disabled veteran and her amputee husband stranded on the side of the road in the cold after stop” LINK

AND… In NC, the government claim of “ownership of the roads” sees this as a possible part of a drunk-driving conviction. How about private roads, and not forcing others to pay for the enforcement of the road police/piracy? Some might think this is a good idea, but that is not the point. The point is that this is collectivized, and all collectivist systems compel people to pay for the system, whether they agree or they do not. Headline: “NC lawmakers back ignition locks to keep impaired drivers off the road” LINK

PRO-ABORTION, FAKE CATHOLIC PELOSI TO SPEAK AT, GET THIS, NOTRE DAME COMMENCEMENT

ANOTHER MISREADING OF THEIR LOVELY US CONSTITUTION, TO FAVOR UNIONS — THIS TIME, PUSHED BY HAWLEY AND THE GOP

Not a good idea. Headline. “Hawley's Faster Labor Contracts Act would let D.C. write your contract” LINK A key passage of the article: ‘The arbitration would be overseen by a three-member arbitration panel. Each side of the labor equation would get to appoint one of their preferred arbitrators, but if they were unable to agree on a third, then an agency called the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service would step in to make the appointment.

This government-mandated arbitration panel would then have the power to impose contract terms on the business and union involved. In other words, the give-and-take of labor contract negotiations would be taken out of the hands of private entities such as businesses and unions and placed into the hands of a government-mandated panel.’

Everything the Israeli genocide state touches seems to be visited by warfare and death, robbery, coercion, and utter ahistorical, immoral activity. Mike Huckabee has a perverse take on those who rightly criticize Israel or Trump’s support for the genocide machine. And Judge Napolitano and Jeffrey Sachs expose the Huckabee evil.

Meanwhile, on this anniversary of the Nakba, 78 years ago…

    And…

    IRAN

    Lavrov is right

Rubio is incredibly deceitful and confused. Now he is trying to smooth over his goof of the other day in saying that if Iran got nuke weapons, they could control the Straits. Since, A. Trump was the one who tore up the agreement with Iran for open inspections and only low-level enrichment (for ENERGY) and Trump assassinated the Ayatollah, who had issued a fatwa against nuke weapons, and since Trump attacked Iran last year and again this year, and the US repeatedly has attacked Iran and tried to change its government since 1953, the US is at fault for the closure and Rubio’s fearmongering about nuke weapons reveals itself as deceptive. B. Iran already can control the straits, and can continue to do so indefinitely. C. The world supply of fuel is dependent on travel and recovery and refining, all of which have been hampered by US and other nation-state edicts.

Trump is in the middle of the see-saw as he travels back from China but still knows Israel wants full-on attack on Iran.

ENERGYTRUMP IN CHINATHE “TRUMP ENERGY DEAL” FAKERY - A CRITICAL ANALYSIS

The ongoing strangulation of the Strait of Hormuz has triggered the largest supply shock in oil-market history. Roughly 10–13 million barrels per day of Middle Eastern crude—previously a cornerstone of global trade and nearly 40 percent of China’s imports—are now effectively off the market. This creates an immediate worldwide shortfall that will not be corrected for many months.

U.S. producers, in limited ways, have stepped in as alternative suppliers. Exports have risen from a baseline of about 4 million barrels per day to record levels of 5–6 million barrels per day. Chinese state-owned enterprises, under high-level government direction, are now competing aggressively for these barrels to replace lost Iranian and broader Persian Gulf volumes.

Yet U.S. crude production remains essentially fixed in the short term at roughly 13.6 million barrels per day. Exploration and new drilling on federal lands were curtailed under the prior Biden administration through leasing pauses and regulatory withdrawals. Even with policy reversals, the timeline for new wells, permits, and infrastructure is 18–24 months or longer. Export terminals in the Gulf of Mexico, while capable of handling recent spikes, are already operating near practical limits of 5–8 million barrels per day.

“Redirecting” U.S. oil to China therefore does not create new supply; it reallocates existing barrels. Every cargo loaded for Asia is one less available for European buyers, domestic refineries, or inventory rebuilding. With global demand unchanged and non-U.S. alternatives scarce, the upward shift in demand for American crude pushes prices higher along an inelastic short-term supply curve. West Texas Intermediate and Brent benchmarks rise in tandem, transmitting directly into U.S. pump prices for gasoline and diesel. Worldwide, the same rationing effect sustains elevated fuel costs for every importer scrambling for the limited pool of non-Middle East barrels.Until the Hormuz chokepoint is resolved or significant new production comes online in 2027 or later, this dynamic will keep both American and global fuel prices materially higher.

A FOLLOW-UP to our report on NVDIA fascism…

More. Remember, this, after Trump had the US government buy 10% of Intel, then NVDIA bought $5 Bil worth of Intel last fall, then the US brokered the sale of NVDIA chips to China, AS THE US GOVT pockets 25% of that sale!

    MORE WHITE PHOSPHEROUS

CRONYISM/FASCISM/MERCANTILISM v THE ENVIRONMENTAL INTERESTS OF PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS

Often, the collective attacks the system of private property and tort law that supports good stewardship and neighborliness. Animated by what they see as “the way” to “protect” the environment, crusaders within the political collective push for the various facets of “nature interests”, as they cite and define and promote them, often missing the fact that their subjective description of what is “important for nature” is arbitrary, that their targeting of what they claim is “in danger” or “important” might clash with someone else’s view, or might clash with the amount of attention the collective must give to a particular matter. Government bureaucracies arise, never disappear, get more power over private property, and then play favorites with the big interests possessed of enough financial or rhetorical power to dangle carrots and sticks before the politicians. Here are two examples of how private property rights are being threatened by government cronyism.

Again, some might think that lifting the burdens on energy plants is constructive, but the plants usually are tied to government power monopolies or oligopolies, so, once more, real property rights and market signals are destroyed.

    WARTRUMP IN CHINA

    Trump’s remarkable doubletalk -

After the initial signal Xi sent to Trump in NOT appearing when Trump landed, the Chinese leader, evidently, was incredibly cordial and gracious. Yet, Trump kept pressing Xi (and, let’s recall that Iran’s FM Arragchi was there two weeks ago) to disconnect from the strong integration China and Iran have established, re Oil, BRICS, and tech projects, and to get China to agree to numerous trade deals. The latter was inevitable, but will be what Trump’s people promote, even as they try to get US media to overlook the fact that China and Iran are symbiotic and China will not do anything to undercut Iranian national and economic interests.

Trump’s demands/requests to China (and Xi) during the Beijing summit (based on White House releases I’ve read, pre-meeting statements Trump made public on X, and post-meeting reporting from RT, and Pepe Escobar):

    • “Open up” China to US businesses and executives: Trump stated this would be his very first request. He brought a delegation of top US tech and business leaders (including Elon Musk, Tim Cook, and Jensen Huang) and pushed for greater market access, investment opportunities, and the ability for American firms to “work their magic” in China. And Trump announced increases in Chinese purchases of US goods. This included agricultural products (e.g., soybeans, beef), energy (oil, LNG), Boeing passenger aircraft, and other exports to boost US sales for his crony friends. These sales had to have been negotiated weeks ago. LINK to the LIVE AP UPDATE

    • Cooperation on fentanyl: Trump pressed for further action to stem the flow of precursor chemicals into the United States. LINK

    • Iran-related issues: Trump discussed (and sought) Chinese influence/pressure on Iran to help end the ongoing war, reopen the Strait of Hormuz for global energy flows, and ensure Iran never acquires nuclear weapons. (US officials later clarified they did not formally “ask for help,” but the topics were raised.)

    • Trump’s people claimed they discussed China pressuring Iran to stop trying to hold onto nuclear enrichment for energy. The Chinese government officially denies any such discussions and notes that they had explicitly said they would not discuss that matter. Here are Judge Napolitano and Lawrence Wilkerson on that

Chinese responses (from official readouts and statements):

    • Agreement on Iran/Strait of Hormuz: Both sides agreed the Strait of Hormuz “must remain open” and that Iran “can never have a nuclear weapon.” China expressed interest in buying more American oil (partly to reduce future Gulf dependence) and opposed militarization or tolls on the strait.

    • Trade and market access gestures: China renewed licenses for hundreds of US beef exporters/slaughterhouses ahead of the talks, signaled willingness to expand cooperation on US agricultural/energy purchases, and stated that China’s “door to the outside world will only open wider” for American companies.

    • Overall tone: Chinese officials described the talks as “candid, in-depth and constructive” and emphasized “win-win” economic ties, with no major new concessions announced beyond the Iran agreements and incremental trade steps.

Xi’s demands/positions stated to the US/Trump (primarily a strong public warning via Chinese state media/readout, plus broader framing):

    • Taiwan as the core/”most important” issue: Xi warned that if the Taiwan issue is “handled poorly,” the two countries “will clash or even come into conflict,” pushing the entire bilateral relationship into an “extremely dangerous place” or “great jeopardy.” He described Taiwan independence and cross-strait peace as “as irreconcilable as fire and water” and made clear it is China’s top red line/core interest. (This was framed as a demand for the US to exercise caution, avoid supporting independence, and not undermine stability—implicitly pressing against arms sales or policy shifts favoring Taiwan.)

    • Broader relational framework: Xi called for the US and China to be “partners rather than rivals,” transcend the “Thucydides Trap,”** avoid confrontation, and build a new “constructive, strategic and stable” paradigm for great-power relations with “limits to competition” and managed differences. He stressed that economic ties are “mutually beneficial and win-win” and that cooperation benefits both while confrontation harms both. **Based on Harvard professor Graham Allison’s phrase in a 2015 Atlantic article and his 2017 book Destined for War: Can America and China Escape Thucydides’s Trap? Peloponnesian War (5th century BC):

As Thucydides wrote of the Peloponnesian Wars “It was the rise of Athens and the fear that this instilled in Sparta that made war inevitable.”

Thucydides was explaining why Athens (the fast-rising power) and Sparta (the dominant established power) ended up in a devastating 27-year war that destroyed both. -Iran allowed 30 tankers working with Chinese interests to travel through the Strait of Hormuz while Trump was with Xi. In other words, the Strait is open to Chinese travelers. Yet, Trump sees it only from the US side, and that US side is the cause of that US problem in the Strait - a problem for any other nation that is not friendly to Iran, Yemen, Lebanon, and Gaza.

    THE CHINA NEGOTIATIONS

Here are some of the details of the general agreements, and some of the known specifics. No specific new monetary totals (in dollars) for Chinese purchases of US fuel/energy or agricultural exports were publicly announced immediately after the Trump-Xi summit on May 14, 2026. Official readouts and statements from both sides (White House, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Trump’s post-meeting comments) confirmed general commitments and “interest” in increased purchases but emphasized qualitative progress, renewed licenses, and ongoing working-level talks rather than quantified dollar figures. Pre-summit speculation and historical baselines provide the closest available estimates.

Expected/Committed Chinese Purchases of US Fuel (Oil, LNG, and Other Energy)

    • No new dollar estimate announced. Trump stated that China agreed to purchase US oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and other energy products (including potential Alaskan production). Xi expressed explicit interest in buying more American oil to diversify away from reliance on the Strait of Hormuz.

    • Historical baseline for context: In 2024 (pre-tariff escalation), Chinese imports of US oil and LNG totaled approximately $8.4 billion. Tariffs largely halted direct shipments thereafter, though some contracted volumes were resold elsewhere. Rystad Energy had previously noted ~12 million tons of LNG under long-term contracts. Any new deal would aim to revive or exceed this level, but no volume or value target was disclosed post-summit.

Expected/Committed Chinese Purchases of US Agricultural Exports

    • No new overall dollar estimate announced. Trump described purchases of soybeans, sorghum, and “other farm products” as “massive amounts” or “tremendous.” China also renewed export licenses for hundreds of US beef slaughterhouses/facilities. Discussions included corn, poultry, meat, and grains. LINK

    • Key ongoing commitment (referenced/confirmed in context of the summit): China is expected to fulfill/continue purchases of ~25 million metric tons of US soybeans annually (through at least 2028, per the October 2025 truce). At current market prices, this equates to a rough annual value of ~$9–12 billion (depending on soybean prices; historically, China’s peak US soybean purchases reached ~$12 billion in a strong year). No expansion beyond this baseline was quantified. LINK

    Boeing Aircraft Sale Estimate LINK
    • Specific commitment announced: China agreed to purchase 200 Boeing 737 jets (primarily 737 MAX variants). This was highlighted by Trump as a key deliverable.

    • Dollar estimate: No official contract value released yet.

      • List prices for 737 MAX aircraft typically range $110–130 million per plane, suggesting a notional headline value of roughly $22–26 billion for 200 aircraft (before standard large-order discounts).

      • Actual transaction prices in past China deals are heavily discounted (often 40–60% off list). Historical precedent: A 2017 China deal for ~300 Boeing aircraft was announced at >$37 billion; an earlier 2013 deal for 200 planes was valued at ~$20.7 billion (list-price basis). Pre-summit analyst speculation for larger orders (e.g., 500+ aircraft) had referenced “triple-digit billions,” but the confirmed 200-jet deal points to a mid-to-high tens of billions range in eventual contract value.

These outcomes align with the “three Bs” focus (Boeing, beans/soybeans, beef) discussed pre-summit. Follow-up via the proposed US-China “Board of Trade” is expected to flesh out implementation details and any additional volumes. No sweeping multi-billion-dollar package total was released. All figures above are based on official statements and historical/comparable deal data available as of May 14, 2026.

    AND WHAT OF NVDIA?

Remember when the US govt turned Intel into a fascist entity by buying 10% of its stock? NVDIA Got a chunk of Intel, and guess what company just got to sell its special chips to China, thanks to months of negotiation via the feds and thanks to this trip? NVDIA. Remember these points, please….

Nvidia did take its own $5 billion stake in Intel (September 2025) shortly after the government’s 10% stake was announced. That move helped boost Intel’s stock. AND THIS SALE OF THE SPECIAL NVDIA CHIPS?

U.S. Commerce Department approval (as of May 2026) allowing Nvidia to sell its H200 high-bandwidth-memory AI chips to approximately 10 specific Chinese firms (examples cited in related reporting include Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, JD.com, and similar big tech/cloud players).

Instead, it falls under a separate Trump-era revenue-sharing/export-license arrangement:

    • In exchange for export approvals on certain advanced AI chips (H20, H200, and similar “China-compliant” versions), Nvidia (and AMD) agreed to give the U.S. government a cut of revenue—reported in the 15–25% range depending on the specific chips and deal terms—from sales to China!!!!!!

    • This is similar to the way the British Crown supported and fed off of the British East India Tea Company, by working special deals, exclusivity in colonies, and then bringing portions of the cut back to Crown figures or members of Parliament.

Let’s recall all the other companies currently co-owned by the US under Trump Fascism:

Key companies with confirmed or reported equity stakes (as of available 2025–early 2026 reporting):

    • Intel Corporation (semiconductors): ~9.9–10% common stock stake (≈$8.9 billion via Commerce Department/CHIPS Act conversion). This made the U.S. government Intel’s largest shareholder.

    • MP Materials (rare earth mining/processing, only fully integrated U.S. producer): Up to 15% stake (Department of Defense; government became the largest shareholder). Includes stock and warrants.

    • Lithium Americas (lithium mining, Thacker Pass project): 5% in the parent company + 5% in the Thacker Pass joint venture (Energy Department).

    • Trilogy Metals Inc. (minerals/mining): Approximately 10% stake (plus additional warrants in some reports).

    • USA Rare Earth and others in critical minerals (e.g., ReElement Technologies, Vulcan Elements): Stakes reported in the 8–16% range or similar minority positions as part of DoD/Energy deals.

    Other notable arrangements:

    • U.S. Steel Corporation: A “golden share” (special veto/control rights over key decisions, such as plant closures), granted as a condition for approving a foreign acquisition deal. This is not a standard percentage ownership but gives the government shareholder-like influence.

      finance.yahoo.com

    • Additional deals in nuclear (e.g., Westinghouse, with potential IPO rights), gallium (e.g., Atlantic Alumina/ATALCO), and refinery JVs (e.g., Korea Zinc in Tennessee, with government stakes in the JV and/or parent) have been announced or discussed.

      foreignpolicy.com

These stakes are typically non-voting or structured with limits, but they represent direct government ownership and influence—unusual outside of crisis bailouts. The policy aims to reduce reliance on China for critical materials and chips while giving taxpayers upside potential.

Note on the first Trump Administration (2017–2021): Under the 2020 CARES Act COVID relief, the Treasury was given the “power” to receive stock warrants (rights to buy shares, valued at roughly 10% of certain loan amounts) from major airlines (e.g., American, Delta, United) and some other firms receiving aid (the Federal Reserve literally could buy bonds of the companies, any company, they wanted to buy). These were compensation/protection for taxpayers rather than immediate ownership percentages, and the government did not become a long-term shareholder—the warrants were temporary, and most aid was repaid without the government exercising ongoing equity control.
