He feels the time is right to change the industry for the better before he retires. 

Mike has worked as a property investor, advisor, run property management teams, owns an estate agency business and is also a landlord.  Mike lives in Berkshire with his lovely wife, son and dog Willow.  Mike aims to change how landlords, tenants and letting agents interact.  He wants to push out 'bad' tenants and landlords from the industry. He is outspoken on the podcast when it comes to protecting the modern day property investor.
