Well this episode has a very special place in my heart as it's from one of my favourite places in the world with one of my all time favourite people - school principal Bob Devine (or ''Bobby D'' as many of his students call him). Bob is the Principal who invited me all the way from Australia to speak about building resilience with his students at Idaho Falls High in December 2018 - and since then we've come together to tackle our shared mission of reducing anxiety and depression in young people, one school at a time.
