Chris Conti is the Chief Innovation Officer at Production Resource Group. Chris joined PRG in 2004 where he has worked on multiple concert tours, TV shows, corporate events, trade shows, and special events. Some of the highlights have been Coldplay, Josh Groban, Fleetwood Mac, Guns & Roses, Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones and Sir Elton John to name but a few.
In 2007, he became the Product Manager for PRG's Proprietary Luminaires and the Series400 System. During his tenure as a Product Manager, Chris has been listed as an inventor on 15 U.S. patents (and counting) and has continued to provide technical assistance and support to multiple shows.
In 2019, Chris became Chief Innovation Officer for PRG. As CIO, Chris leads PRGInnovation, which brings into a single organization all of PRG’s global talent focused on product development. Chris also continues to participate in some of PRG’s most ambitious productions.Chris was last on the podcast for Geezers Of Gear special edition at LDI back in 2021.

Ken attended UCLA where he received both a BA and MFA in Theater. He started with the Walt Disney Company in 1987 at the newly created Disney Stores Design Team.
Throughout his career, Ken has worked with several lighting manufacturers to develop products conducive to the changing entertainment and sustainability environments.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys any kind of live entertainment, especially concerts and theater, and going out to new dining places. He also loves to speak to students about lighting and encouraging the next generation to see lighting as a beautiful art form. In his retirement, he hopes to travel and chase the things he loves all around the world.
