This week we’re joined by our first recruiter that recruits recruiters!!!

Gemma Valentine is the Director of Shine Resourcing, a Rec2Rec agency that has been in business for over 9 years! 

As the first Rec2Rec’er on Confessions, we had to find out what recruiters on that side of the coin are looking for. Gemma fills us in with her experience dealing with recruiters looking for new agencies, traits she looks for in a recruiter, and why recruiters want to look for new opportunities. It was very interesting to get an inside scoop on things like agency work environments & general commission structures agencies offer.
