In this New Year’s Day episode of the Generation Freedom Podcast, I’m kicking off 2025 with a casual ramble about the lessons learned from 2024, what’s on my heart as we enter this new year, and my hopes for the next 12 months. Think of this episode as a little pep talk and brainstorming session — because, let’s be real, 'new year new me' is exciting but also kind of overwhelming!
I’ll chat about some big themes I’m working through, like facing fears, stepping out of my comfort zone, and figuring out what really matters right now. Plus, I’ll share some of the goals I’m setting for myself, both personally and in my business and how you can create some goals for yourself.
