This is our final episode of 2022! We are doing a bit of a wrap up and best of memories!
Best memory: Waking up after surgery and hearing Dr Wells say “it went great.” And my first bike ride with a new hip
Best meal: Amelie in NYC with Sophie (twice)
Best day: Hannah’s white coat ceremony
Best trip: 4th of July girls weekend in NYC with Sophie when walking was pain free.
Best book: Trust by Hernan Diaz: Classic writing style, interesting format, wonderful author…
To be less stressed by my IG page; always feeling like I need to race to finish a book.
To try and worry less (I’m worried I can’t do it lol)
A fun thing to do is to go through your archive on instagram and see all of your stories from the past year.Best memory: Finding the perfect reading spot in Central Park - now that Eli works Saturdays when the weather is nice out I got into a rhythm of going to the park with my book. Using the park as my backyard has been such a nice way to relax and unwind.
Best meal: Contramar in Mexico City
Best day: Eli’s gallery opening with everyone in attendance!
Mini trips: Summer weekends in Saratoga (blueberry picking, long warm days, evenings on the porch)Best book: Also A Poet by Ada Calhoun
To be more involved in women’s rights organizations rather than just donating - either volunteering or attending events
To dedicate small bits of time throughout the day to learning (duolingo, newspaper article, reading a chapter of a book, etc)
