Christmas 2020 is finally here. I'm joined my a good friend and mentor, Tracy McFate. What better way to celebrate Christmas Day than to talk about all levels of football! Tracy fills us in on recent news from Azusa Pacific University and gives us his thoughts on how special Christmas is to him. Bill Barnes joins us for the final episode before Christmas. We chat a little bit about sports and Bill gives us some stories about his Christmas memories. Todd Carson calls in during our recording to ask Bill a few questions. Bill also admits he loves Oreos and wishes everyone out there a very Merry Christmas!

Sam Heersema joins me again for a sports weekend recap. We discuss the Canelo fight, the terrible play of both the Rams and USC, as well as some thoughts about what makes Christmas special. Also, California's ridiculous policies have forced the Rose Bowl Game to move to Texas and Covid paranoia continues to run rampant.

Joe Wellman is an assistant basketball coach at Cal Baptist University and is back on the program to talk some hoops with us. He fills us in on the obstacles that college basketball has faced in the build up to their new season. Most teams have had a few games under their belt by now and Joe will give us some insight on many of the changes to this season that every team will have to deal with. Before chatting with Joe, we have a truly inspiring Suds With Studs segment. One week until Christmas!

Bill Barnes joins us during his long car ride home after a double shift of security work. He fills us in on late night highway behavior, putting the gear back on, and his continued frustration with Emperor Newsom. Bill is very committed to his weekly appearance and is always looking for the light at the end of a very long tunnel.

Sam Heersema joins us for his semi weekly appearance to break down all the sports action from the weekend. Topics include Sarah Fuller, running the football, the Christmas season, and candidates for MVP of the NFL. We also talk about if teams that play 6 games deserve a spot in the College Football Playoff and the potential Fury/Joshua fight for an undisputed heavyweight champion. Additionally, I have a few thoughts on the new magic ice cream from Ben and Jerry's.

Paula De La Cruz is an EMT and Fire Dispatcher. She embraces the challenge of stepping up in emergency situations and will share some of her experiences with us. Paula talks about how things can change but to also cherish the memories collected over time. She is a baseball mom at heart and has an appreciation for not only umpires but also football officials.

Bill Barnes is back in action for the Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In. He rants about the Stay At Home Order, Covid hysteria, and bad coaching in the NFL. Bill also shares some football officiating stories. He is patiently waiting for more questions from listeners, so hit him with your best shot.

My brother Sam Heersema returns for a recap of NFL action from Sunday. We chat about the Rams big win, the announcement of Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul, and what it would be like to have a fighter's corner to go to during our day. In the future, we hope to have Sam on for most Monday episodes.

Chris Calderon is a contributor to the Pro & Con Podcast. He is known as Senor Locks as he gives his picks on upcoming games. Chris also serves as the moderator and narrator of the fun podcast that continues to grow. We talked about the P&C pod, LA sports, and how special Rio Hondo Prep football is to the Calderon family.
