What started out as a very light hearted episode very quickly got serious! Today we spoke in a very candid way about Michael's struggles with his mental health. Wes wondered was though love the answer to the issue - but an open discussion hopefully shed some much needed light on the situation!

A nice warm day in the cabin at the end of the garden it was. Although we probably didn't have too much to talk about before we hit record the conversation flowed. We chatted about the book that Wes has started to read and compared notes on the different therapies available to people who struggle with their negative thoughts. We also talked about the good service Michael got when he eventually went to Specsavers. All in all the conversation just flowed. Michael is still doing his best to get over Wes's outburst of laughter when Michael said he felt he was fat!!!

Since its the summer season we are still just having the general chats between us. This episode is a bit like just being a fly on the wall of one of our coffee chats. We have a few different topics that we cover, including the rugby results, what to watch on Netflix, drugs in sport and a few other random topics. And of course its Adams Birthday so he got his very own rendition of Happy Birthday.

This Episode focuses on the main reason why we have been a little bit slow to record and upload more content recently. Michael explains to Wes where he has been going for last 6 weeks and tries to put a bit of perspective on his struggles with Mental Health.
