  • ECW One Night Stand 2005

After ECW folded in 2001, it's assets were bought by the WWE in 2003 and due to the success of The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD an ECW reunion show was planned under the WWE banner. One Night Stand 2005 became the tipping point for the eventual relaunch of the ECW brand one year later under WWE ownership. The Panel relive that extreme night at the Hammerstein Ballroom that saw a pair of ECW-alumni-turned-World-Champions face off, a lionheart walk into a storm, two luchadors return to the organization that put them on the map stateside, a wise man shooting at cowboys, and the WWE doing the invading. Also, JBL is a dick to The Blue Meanie. Tune in as the first step in Get It Again's long path through the Land of Extreme begins with ECW One Night Stand 2005!

  • Episode 156: The Season Finale of WCW Thunder

In the aftermath of WCW Greed, new details emerge about the fate of WCW, the collapse of the Fusient Media deal, and the WWF emerging as the likely buyer. But in typical WCW fashion, Thunder trudged on as if nothing was amiss. The Cruiserweights flew around and shined like the sun would never set, the hosses hossed, The Cat and MI Smooth cut a promo within a promo, Dustin Rhodes wore big, huge buttons, and Jeff Jarrett swatted away flies. It was mid, it was cozy, it was WCW Thunder. Goodbye Thunder, we hardly knew ye. Thanks!
