Publisher's Summary:

Scarlet Briar: The exclusive private community inhabited by actors, sports stars, senators, and high society. The most recent additions being Cherie Boddington and her stripper mother - poor white trash gone to live in the house on the hill with multi-billionaire community owner Drew Briar.

With the Cruelest Intentions: Cherie thought since she'd lived in the gutter she knew how dangerous the world was and how to protect herself. She knew how to be hungry, how to do without, and how to scrape and claw for what she wanted. No one ever taught her how to handle excess - or the hedonist heir apparent who has nothing better to do than find her every limit and push her past them. Fearing she'd become like her mother, Cherie's had little sexual experience aside from her mom's pervert boyfriends trying to get into her pants, but while trying to hold her own in Scarlet Briar she's launched on a journey of self-discovery, and the nature of pleasure and pain.

With the world at her fingertips while waiting for the glass house to shatter, Cherie embraces every new experience, every taste, and every touch only to learn not all that glitters is gold. Sometimes, it's just beautiful trash, a hot mess and a lot of bitchcraft.

Título: Una mujer desnuda [A Naked Woman]

Autor: Lola Beccaria

Narrador: Sonia Román

Formato: Unabridged

Duración: 6 hrs and 28 mins

Idioma: Español

Fecha de publicación: 06-19-14

Editor: Audiomol

Publisher's Summary:

Sarah and Emily are sisters. Regina is their cousin. The girls spend their summer vacations with their grandparents every year. As the girls grew older, strange things began to happen with their grandfather and Grandma Rose felt helpless.

Days and nights, the girls had to play hide and go seek to escape their grandfather's grip. Sarah, the older one, got to experience his violent behavior one night when he went on his prowl, but so did Regina and Emily in other seductive ways. Hear how the girls handled it after being recalled in their later years to face their grandfather on his dying bed about the truth. This novel is packed with suspense, moments of terror and a silence that no one wanted to break.

The story starts out with Regina and what her current life was like - until the day when she got that letter. Sarah, a well-established attorney received her letter and was taken aback since she had purposefully changed her name to distance herself from the whole ordeal and family connection. Emily, the youngest one, got her letter and was ready to go to Georgia right away to face the man she knew as her grandfather.

The plot thickens as other gruesome details were unfolded in the quest to divulge the truth. You have to listen to this book and hear how child abuse can affect so many people - even the ones who keep it silent for years.

Título: Ha dejado de llover [It Has Stopped Raining]

Autor: Andrés Barba

Narrador: Eladio Ramos

Formato: Unabridged

Duración: 5 hrs and 20 mins

Idioma: Español

Fecha de publicación: 06-19-14

Editor: Audiomol

Título: Una Pasión Prohibida [A Forbidden Passion]

Autor: Cristina Peri Rossi

Narrador: Pilar Laguna

Formato: Unabridged

Duración: 3 hrs and 30 mins

Idioma: Español

Fecha de publicación: 06-19-14

Editor: Audiomol

This is one of my favourite books, so I was happy to see it in kindle format. I was a bit worried that this version would be the abridged version, not the full copy, and I'm pleased to say that's not the case.

Narrador: Juan Manuel Martínez

Formato: Unabridged

Duración: 5 hrs and 40 mins
